Really cute hotel, our stay was quite comfortable.
Location: the hotel was close to the garden of the B, and the hill with views of the Tamar river. The breakfast was delightful and exceptional - lots of dishes:)))

Booked a room with LOVELY views over Tamar valley. The hotel's location was amazing, so close to the Tamar Valley and Launceston, the garden, and the hill with views of the Tamar river.

Had cottage with beautiful views, great view, the garden of the B to ensure we had a nice stay. Marvellous and lovely location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.
Disappointing aspect was poor bathroom.

The room was a decent size and offered a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and towels, so that guests had essentials. The staff seemed very helpful and nice. The location turned out to be favourable and perfect, just off the surrounding gardens, wildlife and the Tamar River.
